AutoAdminTools Ltd ("we," "us," or "the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our "Zero-Access" architecture for our software tools and how we handle any business contact information in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. The Developer's "Zero-Access" Commitment

This section applies to all software templates developed by the Company

No Data Access: The Developer acts strictly as a Software Template Developer. We do not store, access, or process any user data, personal information, or client activity data entered into the tools.

• Local Processing: All data remains EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE USER'S PRIVATE GOOGLE DRIVE ENVIRONMENT. Data is processed solely by the User's local copy of the Tool/Script.

• Bound Script Logic: Custom code (Google Apps Script) runs exclusively inside the User's Google account under their authorisation. Logic related to the work process and data flow is performed locally; data never leaves the Google environment for external processing or storage.

3. User Data Ownership and Responsibility

• Data Controller: Upon copying a template, the User becomes the sole Data Controller and Data Owner for all data entered.

• Storage & Security: All data is stored in the User's Google Drive and secured by the User's Google account credentials.

• Compliance: The User is responsible for maintaining secure access to the Sheet and complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding the data they collect.

4. Business Contact Data (How we use your data)

While we do not access your clients' data, we do collect limited data from you when you interact with our business:

• Inquiries: If you contact us via email, we store your name and email address to respond to your request and manage our professional relationship.

• Legal Basis: We process this data based on "Legitimate Interests" (to provide customer support) and "Contractual Necessity" (to deliver the software you have purchased or licensed).

• Data Retention: We keep business contact records only as long as necessary for tax and legal purposes.

5. Third-Party Reliance

Our tools rely entirely on Google’s infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script). Users are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use any other third-party processors for your data.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal contact data we hold about you.

• Request that we delete your contact data.

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
